For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) “Business.” Any trade, occupation, profession, business, franchise, work, commerce or other activity, owned or operated for profit, by any person within the Village of Put-in-Bay.
(b) “Food court.” An area, such as a section of a building or common area within a facility, that is contiguous with the counters of multiple food vendors and provides a common area for self-serve dining.
(c) “Person.” Any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, business trust, estate, trust partnership, trustee, executor, association or other business entity.
