There is hereby created and established a Tree Commission for the Village of Put-in-Bay, State of Ohio, which shall consist of three members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. The first three Commission members shall be appointed for a term of one year, two years, and three years. Hereinafter each member of the Commission shall be appointed for a three-year term.
