(a) There is hereby adopted by reference the Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual, of the Village of Put-in-Bay, dated August 1, 2010, as may be amended from time to time, which establishes rules and regulations and shall constitute the personnel system for the work force of the Village. The Personnel Manual shall be treated as if set forth in full herein.
(b) Changes or amendments to the Personnel Manual may be made in the manner prescribed by law.
(c) Copies of the Personnel Manual are available and filed with the Village Administrator and the Village Fiscal Officer.
