The Village Administrator, the Police Department and all other agencies, committees, bodies, commissions and delegations, and representatives thereof, of the Village of Put-in-Bay, shall provide services without regard to race, color, religion, sex, marital status, age, handicap or national origin, and all residents of the Village of Put-in-Bay shall be afforded an opportunity to become users of these services without regard to race, color, religion, sex, marital status, age, handicap or national origin.
