606.27 RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTODIANS OF RELEASED OFFENDERS.
   When a person arrested by the Village Police Department is released into the temporary custody of a responsible relative, friend or other person in accordance with Ohio Criminal Rule 46, and that person is again arrested for the same or a similar offense within a period of four hours after his or her release, the custodian is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
