480.53 DOCK RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (a)   The harbor entrance shall not be blocked.
   (b)   Electricity shall be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
   (c)   Electricity and water are not guaranteed.
   (d)   A day rate is good for a six-hour period, but no ticket will be issued with an expiration time beyond 6:00 p.m.
   (e)   No dock spaces can be reserved.
   (f)   Boats rafting must be equal to or smaller than the dockside boat.
   (g)   Rafting is required when dockside areas are filled.
   (h)   All boats docked on Village docks must be moored in accordance with decisions of the Dockmaster. Dock management shall assign docks as they best complement efficiency of the operation. In case of an emergency, management has the authority to move or re-moor a vessel.
   (i)   If a boat is expelled from the docks for violations of Village ordinances or dock rules, no refund will be given.
   (j)   There shall be a 14-day maximum stay within a 30-day period.
   (k)   No bicycles, skateboards or gobots are permitted to be ridden on the docks.
   (1)   No swimming from docks or from vessels moored at marina.
   (m)   No alcoholic beverages shall be permitted on the docks.
   (n)   Hoses are to be used for filling freshwater tanks only and must be disconnected and removed from the dock after use.
   (o)   No firearms or fireworks are permitted within the marina.
   (p)   Picnic benches are not permitted on the docks.
   (q)   Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
   (r)   Personal watercraft (PWC) and rafts are subject to dockage charges.
   (s)   Once a vessel has been assigned a dock space the vessel must remain at that space. If a vessel departs from a dock space that dock space is forfeited and the dock permit is forfeited.
   (t)   The Village of Put-in-Bay is not responsible for loss or damage to vessels or personal property.
   (u)   Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
   (v)   No person, being the owner of a boat or vessel, guest of the owner of a boat or vessel, operator, or person in charge of a boat or vessel shall engage in or permit the playing of musical or other instruments, playing of music, singing, loud talking, or making of other noises in or about the premises of a vessel in such manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of the individuals on the neighboring vessels.
   (w)   Any person being the owner of a boat or vessel, guest of the owner of the boat or vessel, operator or person in charge of a boat or vessel who violates the Village Dock Rules and Regulations may be asked to leave the marina by the Head Dock Master, a Police Officer, the Village Administrator, or the Mayor of the Village.
