232.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Solicitor shall have such powers and duties as are provided for by State law, by these Codified Ordinances and by Council. The Solicitor shall also have such powers and duties as are provided for by State law for law directors of cities, and he or she shall be the prosecuting attorney for the Village.
