480.03 SIRENS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (a)   No person, except an authorized watercraft representative of the Federal government, the State, or the Village shall use or operate a siren on the waters in this Village except for emergency purposes.
   (b)   No person shall operate or permit to be operated any vessel on the waters in this Village in violation of this section.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
