(a) On or after the effective date of this section, the fine for committing a parking infraction, unless another fine is established by divisions (b), (c) or (d) of this section, shall be ten dollars ($10.00).
(b) On or after the effective date of this section, the fine for violating each of the following sections of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Put-in-Bay, Ohio, is fifteen dollars ($15.00):
(c) On or after the effective date of this section, the fine for violating each of the following sections of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Put-in-Bay, Ohio, is fifty dollars ($50.00).
452.03(a)(4) Parking in fire zone or near fire hydrant
(d) On or after the effective date of this section, the fine for violating each of the following sections of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Put-in-Bay, Ohio, shall be the amount set forth in such section:
452.04(e) through (h) Physically handicapped parking
(e) If not paid within ten days of service of the parking ticket pursuant to Section 453.04, the fine for any parking infraction shall be increased by fifteen dollars ($15.00).
