453.01 DEFINITIONS.
   The following words and phrases, when used in this chapter of the Traffic Code, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section.
   (a)   "Court" or "Mayor's Court" means the Put-in-Bay Mayor's Court, unless specifically identified as another court, in which case it means the specifically identified court.
   (b)   "Disability parking space" also known as "handicapped parking space" means a motor vehicle parking location that is reserved for the exclusive standing or parking of a vehicle that is operated by or on behalf of a person with a disability that limits or impairs the ability to walk and displays a placard or license plates issued under Ohio R.C. 4503.44.
   (c)   "Law enforcement officer" and/or "Police officer" has the same meaning as in Section 402.27 of these Codified Ordinances, and shall also mean any Village employees and agents whose duties include the issuance of parking infraction tickets while engaged in such duty.
   (d)   "Notification of infraction" means the notice mailed to the owner or operator of a vehicle involved in a parking infraction pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4521.07 and Section 453.04 hereof.
   (e)   "Parking infraction" means a violation of Chapter 452 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Put-in-Bay, Ohio.
   (f)   "Parking Violations Bureau" means the bureau established by the Council of the Village of Put-in-Bay pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4521.04 and Section 453.03 hereof.
   (g)   "Person with a disability that limits or impairs the ability to walk" has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 4503.44.
   (h)   "Vehicles" has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 4511.01.
   (i)   "Violations Clerk" means the Clerk of the Put-in-Bay Mayor's Court.
