(a) The Village Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to create a no-parking zone on Catawba Avenue and on Concord Avenue during the hours that school is in session (i.e. 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on school days) and to properly post and sign the no-parking zones in compliance with standards set by the Ohio Department of Transportation in its Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The Village Administrator is also authorized to designate student pick-up and drop-off locations on Catawba Avenue and Concord Avenue in the area of ths school.
(b) (1) There shall be no parking on Erie Street, Loraine Avenue, Lakeview Avenue and Victory Avenue for their entire length.
(2) The Village Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to erect no-parking signs and/or other traffic control devices to prohibit parking on Erie Street, Loraine Avenue, Lakeview Avenue and Victory Avenue. The no-parking signs shall be placed in accordance with the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
