452.113 TIME RESTRICTIONS FOR PARKING IN VILLAGE PARKING LOTS.
   (a)   No person shall park a vehicle in the Town Hall Parking Lot longer than three hours per 24 hour period.
   (b)   For the purpose of regulations relating to the three-hour parking limit in the Town Hall Parking Lot, any vehicle moved to another location within the Town Hall Parking lot during a 24 hour period shall be deemed to have remained stationary and in violation of the time restriction set forth in division (a) of this section.
   (c)   In all other designated public parking lots owned by the Village, no person shall cause a vehicle to stand or to be parked unattended or inoperable in the parking lot of the Village of Put-in-Bay for a period of time in excess of 72 hours, unless posted signs establish different parking restrictions for the lot.
   (d)   Whenever any police officer finds such a vehicle as described in division (c) of this section, such officer may move such vehicle or require the driver or other person in charge of the vehicle to move the same within a period of 48 hours.
