(a) Any individual or corporation operating a bus or buses, or causing the same to be operated, within the limits of the Village of Put-in-Bay shall follow routes as specified by this section.
(b) Any bus entering the Village from the south on Toledo Avenue shall follow said Toledo Avenue to Delaware Avenue and proceed on Delaware Avenue to a point off the street and not proceed beyond the corner of Delaware Avenue and Hartford Avenue to pick-up and discharge passengers.
(c) Said operation shall comply with all rules, regulations, codes and/or ordinances as are appropriate and designated by the State of Ohio and any and all of its agencies and/or subdivisions.
(d) License fees for the operation of any bus or buses shall be as established from time to time by Council.
(e) All bus licenses must be approved by motion of the Council of the Village of Put-in-Bay.
