208.01 RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES.
   (a)   The Town Hall facility after each use must be left in a presentable fashion. Garbage is to be removed, all props and decorations removed, all surfaces wiped, all sinks and dishes cleaned and in their proper place.
   (b)   A deposit, which is refundable, will be charged to ensure appropriate use of the facility. A separate check shall be written for the deposit.
   (c)   (1)   The following are rates for Island residents:

      (4)   One-half day rates shall be permitted for the rental of the facilities of the Town Hall at one-half the rental rate as reflected in this division (c).
   (d)   Proof of residency shall consist of any one of the following:
      (1)   Drivers license with Put-in-Bay listed as the address;
      (2)   Proof of Island property ownership;
      (3)   Voter registration card listing the Island as the voting residence;
      (4)   Proof of lease of Island rental property for more than 30 days.
   (e)   The Village Administrator shall create appropriate rules and regulations and forms to appropriately enforce this section.
