(a) The time and place of all regularly scheduled meetings of Council, the Planning Commission and all other public bodies of the Village, and the time, place and purpose of all special meetings of the aforestated public bodies of the Village, shall be posted by the Fiscal Officer or by the secretary of the public body at each location designated as a posting place by Section 222.01 of these Codified Ordinances. Notices of the time and place of all regularly scheduled meetings shall be posted at least seventy-two hours prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. Except in cases of emergency, notices of the time, place and purpose of all special meetings shall be posted at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled start of the meeting.
(b) Any person may, upon request and the prepayment of a reasonable fee, as determined by the Fiscal Officer or by the secretary of the public body, obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings of a public body of the Village at which a specific type of public business is to be discussed. The method for the giving of the advance notification provided for by this subsection shall be determined by the Fiscal Officer by the secretary of the public body in accordance with law.
(c) This section shall be deemed to be a rule of all public bodies of the Village.
