(a) Any applicant or operator or other person or entity acting as the agent of an applicant or operator who is found guilty of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) The Village may revoke the small cell use permit of any facilities operator who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with any provisions of this chapter or the design guidelines set forth in Chapter 1028 of the codified ordinances. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting any judicial remedies that the Village may have, at law or in equity, for enforcement of this chapter.
