412.06 ONE-WAY FOR TAXICABS.

Taxicabs shall only be permitted to drive east to west on Delaware Avenue from Hartford Avenue to Catawba Avenue from 8:00 p.m., Friday, to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and holidays from the Thursday before Victoria Day weekend through October 11 of each year.
