1460.01 REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESENCE IN VILLAGE.

No house trailer shall be allowed in the Village, unless the same is on a permanent foundation, with wheels or other means of transportation removed, and unless the same is permanently connected to available public water and sewerage systems.
