No person shall fail to identify, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, any residential, commercial and/or industrial unit occupied by him or her, within 60 days after the passage of this chapter. The Village Administrator, or his or her designated representative, is hereby authorized to enforce compliance with this chapter.
