1440.02 INSPECTIONS.

All work of construction, erection, installation, remodeling or modification of buildings in the Village shall be kept open to inspection by Village and County officials at all reasonable hours, and access thereto shall be afforded for inspection to the Mayor, the Chief of Police and the County Building Department or any other official appointed by the Mayor for such purpose.
