Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village the International One and Two Family Dwelling Code, being particularly the 1998 edition thereof, prepared and promulgated by Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., the International Conference of Building Officials and the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc.
