In addition to other charges provided for in this chapter, every property which is permitted to connect to the Village public sewer system shall be subject to a Village public sewer system impact fee in the amount established in Section 1046.10(c) for each residential unit connected, and a multiple of such amount for non-residential properties based upon the same unit equivalency factors fixed for rates paid for the use of the sanitary sewer system.
