(a) No outside privies or toilets shall be allowed, and all inside sanitary sewage disposal systems, septic tanks and leach beds shall be constructed in strict accordance with all State and County health regulations and this chapter, insofar as the same may apply.
(b) Not more than one sanitary sewage disposal system or unit shall be located on any one building lot, and the same shall not serve structures on any abutting or neighboring lot unless a structure is erected so as to be located on two or more lots.
