1044.07 MAIN LINE EXTENSIONS AND MODIFICATIONS; APPROVAL OF PLANS.

Extensions or modification of the main line sewer of the system shall be designed by a licensed professional engineer and shall meet current State standards for sanitary sewer construction. Plans shall be approved by the Village and State before construction can commence.
