(a) The Village Administrator shall approve a schedule of fees and deposits in accordance with the type and size of the job to be performed. On or about January 1 of each year the Village Administrator shall review and appropriately revise the fees and deposits which remain effect until the Village's next annual modification.
(b) All fees and deposits shall be payable in advance of any project initiation. A separate permit shall be required for each parcel/lot and shall not be transferable. Should any question arise as to the separateness of sites, the Village Administrator shall determine whether a change in sites does exist.
