1020.05 EXCAVATIONS OVER FIFTY FEET IN LENGTH.

In the event that any such proposed excavation or construction shall exceed fifty feet in length, such application shall be made to and approved by Council, and the dollar amount thereof shall be set by Council, and a permit therefor shall be issued only by Council.
