1020.04 PROXIMITY OF INSTALLATIONS TO FIRE HYDRANTS AND WATCH VALVES.
   No pipe, cable, conduit, wire or other installation shall be placed, located or maintained between any fire hydrant and the watch valve of such fire hydrant.
