868.08 PERMIT RENEWAL; TRANSFER.

All owners of trolley-shuttle permits, at the completion of the year after which the permit was issued, shall reapply and follow the procedures required in this Chapter 868 and all other requirements of the Business Regulation Code. Business licenses and trolley-shuttle permits shall not be transferable.
