(a) Any trolley-shuttle vehicle operating in the Village shall only pick up and drop off passengers at the following public property: (a) the northeast corner of Delaware Avenue and Hartford Avenue on Delaware Avenue, at a point off of the street; and (b) on the northerly side of Bayview Avenue, at the intersection of Catawba Avenue, at a point off of the street. Both drop-off and pick-up locations on public property shall have appropriate signage.
(b) All other passenger pick-up and drop-off locations in the Village shall be on private property and outside of the public right-of-way.
