866.35 UNAPPROVED TRADE NAMES OR DESIGNS.

It shall be unlawful to cause or permit any taxicab to appear with a trade name, design, color scheme or method of painting and lettering that is not approved by the Mayor for the vehicle concerned or that is not in accordance with the terms of this Chapter 866. Additionally, no temporary markers or advertisements shall be displayed on a taxicab window at any time.
