866.31 DEFACING LICENSE, IDENTIFICATION CARD, RATE CARD; ASSIGNMENT.

(a) No licensed taxicab driver shall knowingly deface any license or identification card. In case of any violation of this provision, the Council shall revoke the driver's license and such revocation shall be in addition to any other penalty imposed.

(b) No license or identification card issued to any person under the provision of this chapter shall be assigned or transferred.
