866.22 ANNUAL STATEMENT OF CLAIMS AND JUDGMENTS.

Every licensee shall furnish to the Fiscal Officer not later than December 1 of each year a full and complete statement of claims filed and judgments rendered against such licensee arising out of the operation of the taxicabs, which statement shall be in such form as the Fiscal Officer prescribes.
