866.21 APPROVAL BY VILLAGE ATTORNEY.

Any liability protection obtained by an owner pursuant to Section 866.18 in the form of an insurance policy, shall be subject to the approval of the Village Attorney as to its compliance with this chapter and as to its form and legality.
