(a) Every taxicab shall, at all times, display the following:
(1) The price of the fare per person clearly marked in letters no smaller than two inches high, clearly visible to the public. The marking must read "$_____ per person". The price per person is at the discretion of the taxicab company.
(2) The name and telephone number of the taxicab company clearly marked on each side of the taxicab in lettering no smaller than two inches and be clearly visible to the public.
(b) Each taxicab must be inspected by the Ohio State Patrol each year and shall, after June 15, 2004, display a valid Safety Inspection Sticker issued by the Ohio State Patrol. It is the responsibility of the taxicab permit holder to arrange and complete this inspection.
(c) No vehicle operated as a taxicab shall exceed the width of 80 inches, excluding mirrors, or shall exceed the length of 25 feet.
(d) It shall be unlawful for the owner of a taxicab, or for any other person having possession or control of a taxicab, to operate a taxicab upon the streets after June 15, 2004, unless the vehicle has insurance on the vehicle required by Section 886.04(b)(3).
