866.08 TAXICAB LICENSE RENEWAL; TRANSFER

All owners of a taxicab license, at the completion of the year after which the taxicab license was issued, shall reapply and follow the procedures required in this Chapter 866, and all other requirements of the Business Regulation Code. Business licenses and taxicab licenses shall not be transferable.
