Subject to the requirements of Article 1 of this chapter, the Planning Commission may permit the following uses and structures on review:
A. Principal uses and structures permitted in the R-3, two-family residential district, provided that:
1. Each request for a use permitted on review shall be for one (1) principal structure, building, or use only; and
2. Minimum requirements for off-street parking, yard setbacks, lot area and width, and maximum height restrictions for the R-3, two-family residential district are complied with; and
B. Family day care home is permitted on review subject to the requirements in Section 122-134.
C. Type II bed and breakfast establishments.
