§ 50.04  POWERS FOR INSPECTION.
   The Health Officer will be permitted to enter upon all properties at any reasonable and proper time to inspect, observe, measure, sample and test to carry out the provisions of this subchapter. The Health Officer shall, upon request, produce and display identification. The permitee will furnish the Health Officer with copies of documents and reports of the well upon request.
