The County Board of Commissioners hereby establishes the County Council districts and the County Board of Commissioners districts for the county.
(A) County Council.
(1) District One:
(a) Cass Township;
(b) White Port Township; and
(c) Salem Township.
(2) District Two:
(a) Jefferson Township;
(b) Rich Grove Township;
(c) Franklin Township; and
(d) Tippecanoe Township.
(3) District Three:
(a) Beaver Township;
(b) Indian Creek Township;
(c) Monroe (number three) Township; and
(d) Monroe (number four) Township.
(4) District Four:
(a) Van Buren Township;
(b) Harrison Township;
(c) Monroe (number one) Township; and
(d) Monroe (number two) Township.
(B) County Board of Commissioners.
(1) District One:
(a) Cass Township;
(b) Rich Grove Township;
(c) Franklin Township; and
(d) Tippecanoe Township.
(2) District Two:
(a) White Post Township;
(b) Jefferson Township;
(c) Salem Township; and
(d) Beaver Township.
