§ 33.17  PRIORITY OF EMERGENCY ORDERS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS.
   At all times when the orders, rules, and regulations made and officially published pursuant to this chapter shall be in effect, they shall supercede all existing inconsistent ordinances, orders, rules, and regulations.
