§ 33.15  RESPONSIBILITIES OF DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO DECLARATION OF LOCAL DISASTER EMERGENCY.
   (A)   Implement the warning system as prescribed in that portion of the County Emergency Operations Plan.
   (B)   Assure proper functioning of emergency communications throughout the county, including all cities and towns, as prescribed in that portion of the County Emergency Operations Plan.
   (C)   Assure that mitigation, training, and exercises have been performed.
