(A) The Advisory Council shall advise the Director in the preparation of the Agency’s budget.
(B) The County Council shall appropriate such funds, as it may deem necessary, for the purpose of emergency management.
(C) All funds appropriated, or otherwise available, to the State Emergency Management Agency shall be administered by the Director, subject to the approval of the County Board of Commissioners, in the same manner as provided by law or ordinance for other county funds.
