§ 33.10  VOLUNTEERS; QUALIFICATIONS AND APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   The Director shall assure that all volunteer personnel meet the following qualifications before being placed on the roster as a member of the Agency:
      (1)   Be at least 18 years of age or older;
      (2)   Not have been convicted of a felony; and
      (3)   Have completed, and have on file with the Department, a resume and/or an application form.
   (B)   Upon satisfaction of the above requirements and formal entry on the Department’s roster of volunteers, the applicant is officially a member of the County Emergency Management Department.
