§ 152.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Failure to meet the minimum requirements, as prescribed in § 152.02 of this chapter, will result in a fine of no more than $10. Each day that a violation of § 152.02 exists is considered a new offense.
   (C)   Failure by any person, firm, or corporation to repair, within 30 days of notification of any and all damages to the road pavement, the right-of-way, drainage swales, tiles, culverts, or private property, or in violation of §§ 152.20 to 152.33, may be fined $100 per calendar day with a maximum fine of $5,000 per violation.
