(A) Any person violating any provision of this subchapter, or failing to comply with any order of the County Board of Commissioners, shall be liable for all costs and expenses paid, or incurred, by the Board in the execution of this order, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
(B) Any person shall be liable for a fine between $10 and $100 per day for each day a violation occurs. Each fine pursuant to this section shall be placed in the current operating budget of the County Board of Commissioners.
