(A) The permit for a home occupation is not transferable, and a new occupancy permit must be applied for whenever there is a change in the occupation, ownership, or the property or tenants in the house.
(B) All permits requiring new or additional sanitary facilities shall not be finally approved for housing clearance prior to application and approval by the County Health Department or the State Department of Health.
