(A) Any person aggrieved by any order of the County Board of Commissioners under the provisions of this subchapter may, within ten days after the making of the order, file with the Board a petition requesting the review of the order.
(B) Any person aggrieved by a review of the order made by the County Board of Commissioners under the provisions of this chapter may, within ten days after the review of the order, file with the County Circuit or Superior Court a petition requesting the judicial review of the order.
