§ 150.18 AUTHORITY.

   The Building Commissioner is hereby authorized, and directed, to administer and enforce the following:

   (A)   All of the provisions of this subchapter;

   (B)   Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11; and

   (C)   Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7.
