(A) Any owner who violates this chapter shall commit a county chapter violation (Class C infraction).
(B) A violation of the animal control ordinance is punishable by a judgment of not more than $500.
(C) Violations of this chapter for barking dogs shall result in the following:
(1) First offense: Verbal or written warning by the County Sheriff’s Department, the County Animal Control Officer, or other authorized law enforcement agency;
(2) Second offense: $25 fine; and
(3) Third offense: $50 fine.
