TASTING ROOM: A room that is ancillary to the production of beer at a microbrewery or large brewery where the public can purchase and/or consume only the beer produced on site.
TENT: Any structure, enclosure, or shelter constructed of fabric or other pliable material supported by any manner except by air or the contents protected by the material.
TOP PLATE: The horizontal timber directly carrying the trusses of a roof or the rafters.

TRAFFIC CALMING FEATURES: Design features and strategies intended to reduce vehicle traffic speeds on a particular street, thereby encouraging safer, more responsible driving.
TRANSITION TIME: The duration or interval of time between which each individual advertisement or message is displayed on any dynamic display.

TREE: A woody plant having one or more defined stems or trunks.
TREE, LARGE: A tree that will attain a mature height of over sixty feet (60') and a spread or canopy that is at least thirty five feet (35') in width.
TREE, MEDIUM: A tree that will attain a mature height of between thirty feet (30') and sixty feet (60') and a spread or canopy that is at least twenty five feet (25') in width.
