9-3-7: TEMPORARY PERMITS:
When from good and sufficient cause, it is necessary to have electricity on any installation before final certificate can be issued, the Electrical Inspector may issue a temporary permit; provided, that all the parts to which current is applied are in a safe and satisfactory condition; provided further, that before the temporary permit is issued, the party receiving the same shall pay the Electrical Inspector the permit fee, the permit to run for thirty (30) days. If at the end of thirty (30) days the installation is still incomplete, another permit must be taken out for the next thirty (30) days, and for each succeeding thirty (30) days.
